Question: Is the service also available in here not presented vacation-areas / countries?
Answer: Silvias Buggyservice expands and will be represented in all vacation-areas relevant for families soon. At the current time, the deliveries are possible however only in the presented areas. All alterations and supplements are immediately announced on these pages.

Question: Is the pushchair delivered into the hotel?
Answer: The pushchairs are delivered into each hotel / house of the stated areas in principle and are picked up there also again. The delivery is contained in the hire price. There are no additional costs.

Question: Can the pushchair be delivered also to the airport?
Answer: In some vacation-areas, also the delivery of the destination airport is possible in exceptions. Please ask separately for it. In principle, the articles are delivered into the hotels as well as housings and picked up there also again.

Question: Is it possible, to deliver the pushchair, pram, travelcot, high chair or handcart also in a vacation house, a finca or a vacation-apartment?
Answer: The articles can be delivered to every address of the stated areas by us - therefore also in vacation houses, fincas and vacation-apartments. We require only the exact address at the booking, preferably a way-description and the statement of the wished hand over date with hand over time.

Question: Can I rent also a pushchair if I booked the trip over a here not presented travel-organizer?
Answer: Yes, of course the booking is always possible, independent from the booked trip, the travel-organizer or the airline. Also at privately booked trips from organizers, bookings are possible with Silvias Buggyservice.

Question: Can I also rent a pushchair only for one day?
Answer: The minimum-rent-duration amounts to 1 week (7 days) at one piece, so that a shorter rent-duration admittedly is possible, however the hire price is calculated for the minimum-rent-duration of 7 days.

Question: Can I rent a pushchair on Majorca also in December?
Answer: The deliveries are possible all-year (beginning of January until end of December) on the Canary islands, in all other offered vacation-areas, the delivery is possible in the summer-season of the 01/04 up to the 31/10 and partially also outside this time period. Inquiries for the deliveries outside these season-times, please ask directly Silvias Buggyservice.

Question: Can I hire also other travel-accessories with Silvias Buggyservice?
Answer: It is also possible, to hire travelcots, high chairs and handcarts in some vacation-areas. For the current information about other travel-accessories and the vacation-areas, please look at the page: Booking .

Question: Do the pushchairs have also a parasol?
Answer: All models have a big sun canopy. An additional parasol is not necessary and also not existing. However, if you wish it, you can bring this and install for the duration of the utilization.

Question: Can I hire the pushchair also after the arrival in the resort?
Answer: A booking on the spot admittedly is possible over Silvia Bugyservice in principle, however the immediate availability of the wished model cannot be guaranteed in these cases. Particularly in the season-times, it can occur that the pushchair cannot immediately be delivered. Therefore, you always should choose the sure way, and book and reserves the pushchair here online in time before the departure. Then the pushchair is ready for you at your arrival in your hotel / it is handed over personally to you. You can then use the pushchair directly after your arrival.

Question: When and how must I give away the pushchair again?
Answer: You can use the pushchair until late in the evening at the last booked day and you can then return him there, where you got him (for example at the hotel-reception). The latest time for the return of the pushchair is explained in the papers, that are enclosed the pushchair.

Question: Can I pay the rental fees also with my credit card?
Answer: Yes, over the PayPal payment system can pay you also with your credit card. Of course, also the payment is possible per bank-remittance.
